DEVCO produced a 45 RPM Holiday record and made it available for residents to share with their friends back home. It was believed that happy residents were the very best sales people for the community. It’s really cute, so take a minute and have a listen.

The following interviews were done in the early 90's by Melanie Sturgeon, who collected, processed and preserved the oftentimes-rare documents that make up Arizona’s history for the Arizona Historical Foundation.

Les Merydith was an active promotor of incorporation within Sun City
Jerry Svendsen was the Public Relations Director for DEVCO and later the owner and publisher of Sun Life Magazine.
