After years of investigation and research, Ben produced these Papers and Notes, which we hope you appreciate and enjoy. After traveling to the Arizona Historical Archives, in downtown Phoenix, Ben would read old newspaper articles from microfilm files for hours on end. To put it mildly, it was a labor of love for Sun City. We will forever be indebted to Ben for his dedication to the mission of preserving Sun City’s history.
