Posted on Keenan France Very informative. Connie curated the history of the community, its builder, and stated purpose very well and our visit was an excellent experience.Posted on John Silvestri Great experience for any Sun City, Sun City West or Grand owners!Posted on Lil Honey I have wanted to visit this little museum (aka the Pink House) for the past five years, and it finally happened. It's like a blast from the past. The museum curators were very knowledgeable and the information was so interesting. Very cool experience.Posted on Nadine Garrity Interesting little place. Everyone was so knowledgeablePosted on PJM (PJM) Very interesting history of the Sun City community. It’s small but pack with information and memorabilia. Plan for at least an hour to tour!Posted on Kris Harty Fantastic and fun trip down memory lane seeing the household items from the 1960s in the museum house itself. But so much more than that too. Interesting history of not only Sun City but all the area communities bearing the Del Webb name, and also the man himself who created this nationwide movement. The story of his career and how it led to Sun City is fascinating. You'll also learn about many other people who played a part in the story and whose names are still seen on area street signs and the names of area institutions. The exceptional docent tour guides are a treasure trove of information and clearly love sharing Del Webb's story. They bring it all to life. This museum house needs to be visited and much more known than it is in the area. Check the current operating schedule and put it on your calendar. You'll be glad you went, and whoever you bring with you will thank you too!Posted on Cindy Putman Amazing history. The movie was funny.Posted on Kathryn Colby It was great talking to Sandee and the gentleman tour guides! It's a beautiful house! So great that they saved it and all the amenities. It's only open Tues, Weds and Sun. From noon till 3 pm but it's worth a look!Posted on Gerri Dames The oldest Del Webb home model from 1960. It's worth touring. $5 ppGoogle rating score: 4.7 of 5, based on 117 reviews

I am a Del Webb retirement community resident in Aurora, IL. I have done a lot of research on Del Webb, the man, since I moved to the community in March 2024. I have been eager to visit the museum since I learned about it through Brett McKeand. In my 2-hour visit on March 24, 2025, the museum exceeded my expectations. I was impressed with the way an original model home was converted into the museum. I look forward to returning in the future and spending more time doing some research on my own.
Thanks to the museum team for hosting me and my wife during our visit!!
